Perth weather

Perth enjoys a temperate climate with hot dry summers and mild wet winters. This is probably the main reason people want to move to Perth so they can enjoy the outside lifestyle.

Below is the four season’s breakdown:

Summer months start of December to the end of February.

Autumn months start of March to the end of May.

Winter months start of June to the end of August.

Spring months start of September to the end of November.

Temperature

In Perth the temperature during the Summer months averages at 30C-32C during the day and 18C-19C at night, Winter averages at 18C-19C during the day and 9C-10C at night, with Autumn and Spring somewhere in between at averages of 22C-23C during the day and 13C-14C at night.

In the summer you can get the odd 40C day but you do get used to it and there is always the sea breeze that comes in from Fremantle in the afternoon. This is called The Fremantle Doctor.

Overall Perth is by far the best state to live in when it comes to weather. You can enjoy all the summer months and still have great weather in the winter months. You will have a great outdoor life.
